A 24-Hour Pho Tradition
Chi Dang studied culinary arts in Vietnam and previously worked in a restaurant there. The flavours and food traditions she and V Pham brought from Dong Nai province in southern Vietnam shape the Uncle Sunny menu, from pho to fresh rolls.
